Daily Tip: Build Your BuddyPress Community With the Friend Suggestions Widget

Getting users to make connections on any social network can be a challenge if the user isn’t motivated to search for people he knows. Brajesh Singh of BuddyDev.com has created a free plugin called BuddyPress Friends Suggestions Widget in order to help users get connected to each other.
Features of Friend Suggestions Widget:
- Show suggestions based on the friends of friends connections
- Allow users to hide a suggestion from showing in future
- Allow site admin to limit the number of suggestion shown at a time
In the future, Brajesh plans to add the ability to include friend suggestions based on the xprofile fields. Download the free plugin from the BuddyDev.com website.
Because this plugin/widget is provided free of charge, I simply ask you to link back to Pressography.com in a post on your blog, or from one of your sites. It doesn't need to be anything fancy - just a note saying that you're using it, and whether or not you like it. However, there is no requirement that you do this, you're free to use the plugin regardless.
