Daily Tip: Use the WordPress Beta Testing Plugin to Quickly Set Up WP 3.0 Beta

This is a quick reminder that the WordPress Beta Tester plugin can help you quickly set up a testing environment for WordPress 3.0 beta. Just install and activate it and then navigate to Tools to configure and upgrade to the latest beta release. By default once enabled it switches your blog onto the point release development track or you can also select the bleeding edge of development. The built-in upgrader will allow you to put your WordPress installation on the cutting edge with just a click of the button, saving quite a bit of setup time.
Because this plugin/widget is provided free of charge, I simply ask you to link back to Pressography.com in a post on your blog, or from one of your sites. It doesn't need to be anything fancy - just a note saying that you're using it, and whether or not you like it. However, there is no requirement that you do this, you're free to use the plugin regardless.
