Daily Tip: Organize Longer WordPress Posts with a Table of Contents

If you use WordPress to write some longer, technical tutorials or academic posts, you may want to break your content up to make it a bit more readable. The WP Table of Contents plugin does exactly this.
It adds a little show/hide section where you can link to each section of a longer post. This helps to break the content down into more understandable chunks and keep your reader engaged. The plugin automatically scans the content for heading tags and sets up and links to each section.
Download the WP Table of Contents plugin for free from the WordPress plugin repository and start giving your posts a little bit of organization.
Because this plugin/widget is provided free of charge, I simply ask you to link back to Pressography.com in a post on your blog, or from one of your sites. It doesn't need to be anything fancy - just a note saying that you're using it, and whether or not you like it. However, there is no requirement that you do this, you're free to use the plugin regardless.
