Top 20 Free Themes in the WordPress Theme Directory

When visiting the WordPress Free Theme Directory, it can take quite a lot of sifting, sometimes through a dozen pages, in order to find a decent theme that you might be able to use. Last time I checked there were 1,329 themes in there. That’s why I’ve taken a bit of time to narrow down some of the most attractive themes that have received approval for a listing in the directory. Of course this is entirely subjective, but I hope this post helps you to find a few gems that you may not otherwise have stumbled upon. Remember, these are FREE themes, so if you don’t find them perfectly polished after installing, be grateful for a decent starting place for your own creation.
