Daily Tip: WordPress 3.0 and the MU-Plugins Folder

Wondering where the mu-plugins folder is in WordPress 3.0? It doesn’t get automatically created for you anymore. Not to worry! You can simply create the directory yourself, if you need it, and drop your Multisite plugins in there (ie. Domain Mapping, Multi-DB, Pay to Blog, Supporter, etc.). Create the folder using FTP inside the /wp-content directory: /wp-content/mu-plugins/
Because this plugin/widget is provided free of charge, I simply ask you to link back to Pressography.com in a post on your blog, or from one of your sites. It doesn't need to be anything fancy - just a note saying that you're using it, and whether or not you like it. However, there is no requirement that you do this, you're free to use the plugin regardless.
