Daily Tip: BuddyPress Mass Messaging Plugin Officially Released

Many users have been looking for a way for the site admin to send a private message to all members of a BuddyPress site. A few weeks ago we posted an article called How to Send a Site-wide Notice or a Site-wide Private Message in BuddyPress, highlighting the differences between notices and messages. The BuddyPress Mass Messaging plugin we referred to has been updated by Jeremy Litten and is now in the WordPress repository. I tested it today and it works smoothly with no errors. Great news for the BuddyPress community. Thanks Jeremy!
Because this plugin/widget is provided free of charge, I simply ask you to link back to Pressography.com in a post on your blog, or from one of your sites. It doesn't need to be anything fancy - just a note saying that you're using it, and whether or not you like it. However, there is no requirement that you do this, you're free to use the plugin regardless.
